HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience here. Avoid at all costs !\nSaw a bed bug when I checked in, informed the hotel reception and got an “Oh.” in response.\nNo apology, no offer to change the room. I had to request for additional sheets and pillow covers. We were sent to this hotel due to a flight delay, and the staff moved with the speed and attitude of the sloth from Zootopia—only without the charm, kindness, or empathy.
