As a family of two adults, a teenager and a small dog, we are very happy with this hotel. It was our second stay at that hotel. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and very clean. We did not eat breakfasts at the hotel this time but we had it last time, and it was decent. Location is perfect, basically in the centre of Madrid. We stayed in the Cabaret room. Very fun. The room was ok for but a luggage bench would have been helpful. Great water pressure in shower and lots of hot water. You must be able to step into a high tub. Skip breakfast at the hotel and eat next door. Front desk was very helpful. Location was fantastic.
