It was not possible to open the window in the room, so there was no fresh air ventilation. At the reception on the first day, we were told that all the rooms are such that the windows cannot be opened. Then we discovered the truth from other guests that the windows open in other rooms. When we came to the reception, they changed the story that they didn't have a handyman to fix the window because
Would recommend and would stay again! Clean rooms great staff. A 12 min walk from closest metro but besides that a good choice.
Good location to airport but it is not a place see Madrid. Breakfast is fine. No real dinner options at hotel. Most people in our group complained about the rooms being too hot in the middle of December and not way to turn down the heat.\n\nOverall functional but not pleasant.
