The hotel had its heyday in the 90s. The rooms and furniture are run down, as is the entire building. My room (319) still had hair from the previous guest lying around. The table has cigarette burns all over it. The hotel uses magnetic key cards. When the key card gets close to your mobile phone, you can't enter the room anymore and must see the reception to reprogram it. The only reason it is not

Really, like really good, if you want a hotel in Madrid, this is the one to get, next to the San Francisco metro, you can get anywhere. From the Santiago Bernabeu, to Principe Pio, I think this is the best hotel in Madrid, stayed here when I played football, just quality.
