We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was perfectly clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was large and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Can’t say enough great things about our stay! My friend and I stayed for 3 nights and everything was fantastic. Alejandro at the front desk was especially helpful. He got us a room as soon as we arrived even though we were there hours before check-in time. He also marked up a map of how to take public transportation to all of the top spots in Madrid.
