Top spot. Great location. The reception woman, Ruslana was really helpful. Everything was clear and attitude was great.\nThere were construction works on the street and the bed in the living room didn't open well.They came to fix it the morning after, offered us to move to a quieter apartment, served us with a small compensation gift,gave a discount and offered future discount.\nIt doesn't matter
We have stayed in Madrid many times, but Eric Vökel Madrid Suites was a wonderful experience! The front desk staff, especially Ruslana, was warm, kind, and very hospitable! She accommodated our early arrival and late check out and was kind to allow us to store our luggage. She even ordered a taxi for us. She was so nice to all our kids!
