This hotel is a good 3 stars hotel. The hotel design was in a modern style, which is okay. I would personally recommend a painting or something to make it more special. The card everyday towards the end of the day lost its touch to the sensor so we had to change it everyday. The reception was actually quite helpful in explaining the centre of Madrid. The location is okay because it’s centrally located, but the surrounding area is a disaster. There is trash everywhere, it smells strongly of urine, and even human feces can be found on the ground. Homeless people sleep right outside the hotel and unfortunately also use the area as a toilet.
