The hotel is well placed for metro and getting into the centre of the Madrid shopping area. We booked a double room through Booking ,com and as a top tire client I presume we would get a front room with balcony as shown on the website . No we got a room as the back looking at the brick wall.\nThe room was clean and good size .\nBreakfast service was outstanding by the Romanian lady .
Excellent room and service. The location is also good, walking distance from Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real and Marcado de San Miguel. The room is spacious and bed is very good, the bathroom is clean and shower is excellent. It is a great option to stay as tourist.
