Our room was clean and the staff was good but not exceptional. Our breakfast buffet at the hotel was very good and better than dinner. We heard fainted music with strong bass, probably coming from upstairs, at night. To be fair, we didn't mention to the hotel staff for we were too tired. All and all, a pretty good hotel.
I don't know how this is rated as a 4 star hotel. The rooms are basic but clean, yet as others have mentioned not at all soundproof. Personally I found the mattresses and pillows too hard to sleep even decently on, and it would have been nice to have at least water and coffee in the room. There's also no irons or ironing boards provided unless requested, so be forewarned if you're here for a work
all the staff were so friendly and attentive, rooms were cleaned daily, breakfast was great, metro and bus stations right outside in a good location. Would stay again
