The room was nothing like the pictures on booking, after we told this to the reception we where offered an invalid room beside that there was nothing they could do because they where fully booked. We wanted to leave and book another hotel but they told us we couldnt get a refund, so we stayed. See below images that shows the real room. The location was good.
This hotel is centrally located and easily accesible by metro. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Don't expect an early check-in before 2 pm, but they will keep your luggage, which is very good. Employees are friendly and highly supportive. They are constantly asking for feedback on how customers feel at the hotel. Great choice, and i recommend it.
Location was really convenient for our purpose. The room was big and had everything that you could need. The bed sheets were too short and the additional couch bed was not very comfortable.\nThe only elevator for customers was not working for the biggest part of our stay. We arrived less than 30 minutes before check-in time and the room was not ready so we left our loads of stuff in a storage room
