A five star hotel with ten star service. Every single staff member gave above and beyond service. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. We had the largest rooms, but they were still very large by European standards. The drinks at the bar, tapas, and breakfast are all exceptional. Stayed here for 3 nights on our honeymoon. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Complimentary room upgrade upon check in, bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Jean Paul was awesome! Very kind to us and gave recommendations in the surrounding area. Room was very clean. Location was great as well, pretty much everything you needed in walking distance
Great location and truly amazing staff who made our stay special—Carmen at reception was outstanding, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. The service overall felt genuine and welcoming.\n\nThe only downside is that the rooms are quite small and feel a bit dated, but the excellent staff and prime location more than made up for it. Would happily stay again!
