A comfortable hotel in the Madrid airport complex, we spent 2 nights there before and after other flights, the value for money was quite good. The room was not large but clean and most importantly it was quiet and decorated in a relaxing way, the bed was comfortable.\nThe breakfast area was quiet and very clean, there was not a large variety of food, but the food was was of high quality.
We had a very bad experience. Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and when we reported it to the reception the next morning, the girl just said she would inform housekeeping but couldn’t do anything else. Nothing was done about it, and the smell was so bad the next night that it was impossible to sleep. We were traveling with two children, and they didn’t even offer to change our room.\n
The location of the hotel was good it was away from the crowds of Madrid and right next to Aldi, Mcdonalds and Burger king. We rented an electric car with my boyfriend and there were charging points very close by. Hotel was 20 minutes away from the center and was ideal for us. The staff is friendly and helpful.
