Ibis Prado locates at an excellent location with tons of good restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when checking in and they very kindly offered a room with nice view and some welcome cookies as a compliment for being an ALL member. I would definitely recommend Ibis Prado to anyone visiting Madrid.
Was a great location, central to so many locations. We stayed a week and the accommodations were great. The staff were supper friendly and very helpful.\n\nThey have a luggage room they stored our luggage the day we got there early while we toured the town. They had little a little safe in the room you could store your belongings if needed.\n\nBreakfast was available for a fee, but was super conve
Location was fantastic, very close to everything anyone could ask for. Rooms very typical, very clean and tidy but service can definitely improve, its as if you're bothering them. I've learned that service or lack of is the norm on this side.
