What an amazing hotel & team. We checked out after two nights and left with our luggage to catch the train home. Then the 'blackout' happened and we were stuck in Madrid with nowhere to sleep, no cash, and very little food and water. We had our ten year old daughter with us so we were worried. We ended up going back to the hotel just so that we would have some shelter and were prepared to sleep on
