Its not in the city center but from the train station its only 5 min walk and 9 stops from Atocha Station. The reception lady was very helpful and spoke good English so generally service was great. I was nicely surprised as the size of the room as I expected a much smaller room. The breakfast was OK and modest, no eggs or veggies but what more do you need other than coffee and sandwich.
It is an excellent option for an hotel south of Madrid, with all the commodities at an affordable price. The staff is attentive and dedicated. The rooms are always impecable and clean. There is a gym and the quality of the restaurant is above average.
The personnel could take great advantage of a couple of courses in English.\nIt is always nice with the included breakfast, but I wish that it were larger variations in what they serve. I also sencierly hope that they will soon have soft- and hard boiled eggs.\nI hope that they will fix the AC units, because I heard many people complaining over them not working.\nThe area itself is ok.
