One of the worst experiences I had as a customer of any business, not only hotels. I left money and passport in the room safe and a substantial amount was stolen (600€). While the lock logs show that 2 people entered the room while I wasn’t there (main maid and cleaning), the response from the personnel was just to accuse me of lying and to say that they blindly trust their employees. For the price and location, it’s a great deal—especially if you need to be close to the airport. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. That said, the breakfast was average and it lacks amenities like a gym or pool, which would’ve made it a 5-star stay.
