The hospitality in this hotel was incredible. They made us feel amazing, and had all the small details that make a hotel be a 5 stars. The hotel has an amazing location. It is centric and very safe. It has a cozy terrace to enjoy when you need to rest, and have a drink. And a beautiful museum that is truly a gem— something truly special.

I was initially placed in a makeshift corner room that wasn’t even in a proper hallway — it felt like a utility or staff room. The bed was smaller than advertised, the mattress was cheap and uncomfortable, and the room was filled with
Absolutely gorgeous stay, the location was perfect to walk to the park and all of central Madrid. The rooms were in perfect condition and the service of both housekeeping and reception were amazing. Can't wait to be back!
