This hotel is amazing. From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by a warm scent. The staff is really kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the bathroom was also large and clean. Although the shower didn’t work properly.\n\nThe location is amazing since its right on Gran Vía. The hotel’s central location is its main (and perhaps only) advantage.\n\nFrom the moment we arrived, the reception staff seemed tired and unmotivated. The cleaning staff were surprisingly rude — barging into our room without permission, even when a "Do Not Disturb" sign was clearly displayed.\n\nRoom service was excellent — probably the only aspect of service that met expectations.\n\nUnfortunate
From the moment you step into the hotel, you are greeted with a warm smile. The location is excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is fairly sufficient; however, our only criticism is the lack of labels or descriptions under the food items. Thanks to the team.
