This Hyatt Centric is a really good hotel, with nice rooms and elegance. The rooftop bar/restaurant is wonderful. That said, the Hotel has some significant issues warranting this rating.\n\nThe first is the elevators. We arrived on a Tuesday. One of the two lobby elevators was broken. This meant that we consistently had to wait five to ten minutes to get up or down to our room. We left Wedne
Stayed here 2x at the start and end of a trip to Spain! We loved it so much we booked the same room for our second stay (suite 808 if you're curious- the balcony view is amazing!) The hotel is walking distance or a quick ride to many sites. Highly recommend this hotel!
This hotel was perfect. The location was in the middle of everything and we walked to every location on our list. But it was also quiet and peaceful in our room and a great respite from the crowds of downtown Madrid.
