I rarely post reviews, but I wanted to emphasize how great this hotel is. I had originally booked another hotel, but it didn’t have a pool. When I saw that the weather in Madrid was going to hit 40°C, I switched to Inhala Hotel—and it was the best decision ever.\n\nMy room opened onto the hanging garden, with a beautiful waterfall during the day and a light show at night. The room wasn’t very clean — the bathroom wasn’t clean either, and there were even hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Inside the bedside table drawers, there were traces of tobacco. The bathroom tiles were cracked, and some of the furniture was old and not fully painted.\n\nWe stayed for four nights, and not once did they remember to refill the coffee capsules. We had to go ask every day
We stayed in 610. It was wonderful, except very loud from 8am to 10:30 am on Friday morning. Sounded like floor cleaning and moving many, many chairs. I told the person at the front desk. It would be nice to stop them from cleaning the roof in early morning hours. It was extremely loud, woke us up, and could not go back to sleep. All else amazing. Staff and and amenities were wonderful.
