The hotel was located in a very popular area in Madrid and very close to all other main locations, so that was great! The staff was very helpful with everything we needed. Rooms were spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The only downside is that you could hear everything inside the hotel, the walls were very thin, so we were woken up several times during the weekend by people in the hal
