We got an upgrade to an executive room which is the only positive thing I can say about our experience there.\nWe tried to use the pool- impossible. Full of screaming , diving children unsupervised. Staff hardly speak English. The guy who looks after the pool was totally overwhelmed and prevented other guests from using the pool while unsupervised children were swimming the for at least one hour !
The hotel is very large, with a gigantic parking place (+ EV car chargers!!) - Parking is a little bit difficult to access with larger cars, but possible.\n\nThe hotel staff is very nice and professional. The receptionist Yuri is great! - He remembered our family from the previous stay!\n\nThe restaurant has vegetarian and vegan options too!!\n\nThe rooms are really clean! The only "issue" is that
Staff were good and friendly, location of the hotel was also good (not the best but not too bad either). Unfortunately our room had a mini-window into not sure what I would call it, looking at other mini-windows of other rooms a couple of meters away. Therefore the room was very dark and basically had no natural daylight. Also, unfortunately, it was not the cleanest. The air-con had not seen clean
