Excellent stay, I used the hotel for one night while passing through Madrid together with Family. The checkin time was quick and Pablo at the reception did an amazing job and was very friendly. The room was quite great for a family of 4, (2 single beds and one king). The breakfast was great and the hotel provided a gluten free variety for my wife. An experience to forget. When I left, I forgot my iPhone charger (the original one) in my room and the next day they told me they couldn't find it. I'm 100% sure I left it plugged into the bedside table. This shouldn't happen in any hotel, much less in a 4-star hotel. Most things were decent, however my room was uncomfortably cold and activating the heating system didn't help. While i reported the issue to the reception, i still spent the following night in a low temperature.
