Honestly I was prepared to not like the room because we had a bit of a snafu. My young son had a potential mix up and we might have had to have him come stay with us one night, he's 10. The room we had was a 2 person studio, but way more than sufficient to have accommodated him last minute. We weren't trying to cheat the system, it was just a last minute misstake by his soccer camp. We got a room that had a very tiny window and didn't represent the ad. However, Sean helped us switch to another room with no problem and quickly. We are very much happy with our current room with 2 huge windows. Overall, the place is amazing, service is wow! And location is even better. 10/10 I recommend. Thank you Sean and Rebecca for helping us move rooms so quickly.
The place is perfectly located just a few steps from Gran Vía and very close to Puerta del Sol. It is laid out in two areas: downstairs there’s a small kitchen, a bathroom, and the living room with a sofa bed, and upstairs there’s a loft of very good size with the main bed. It has two fairly spacious closets. The stairs to the loft can be very difficult for an elderly person or if you’re not in go
