The hotel was nice. The taxi driver couldn't find it because their main signage is on the smaller side. The restaurant, breakfast buffet and bar were all good and the people who worked there were really nice.\nThis is the view from our room. The road in front is really busy.
The hotel is situated in the northern part of Madrid, offering convenient access to public transportation, making it relatively easy to reach the city center and other attractions, it takes some time though. The room was big, not the cleanest ever, scarce amenities and it had a really strong smell, it seemed smoke but it got better later in the evening, not that quiet either. The continental break
Hotel is a little out of the way. Taxi driver to get here was a con. Google said anywhere between 17 and 22 Euro from airport to hotel. The Taxi driver drove in a different direction than that google maps was suggesting. I watched the maps as we drove. He Drove until the 22 Euro meter had been used then drove in a round about sort of way to the Hotel. All the while claiming to not understand Eng
