Hotel details

The room was quite small — there wasn’t even enough space to open your suitcase and leave it out. However, both the room and the bathroom were very clean overall. The location was central, and we were quite satisfied. It’s ideal for a morning walk in Retiro Park. Check-in and check-out were very easy; we didn’t experience any issues.

Difficult if you need help, no on site service. The rooms are clustered around a hallway, making it noisy. Bare bones rooms. No hot water for 2 days equals no hot showers.

This is a bare-bones, no frills, minimal hotel room; fine if you just need a place to sleep and shower and good if you’re on a budget.\n\nThe room was clean but unfortunately the walls were quite thin and due to the location of our room (#1), we could hear every single person that was coming in and out or the hotel.
