Restaurant service was abrupt. They weren't polite when placing food on the table in front of customer. You won't hear any "excuse me" before they put the dish down. Then they just grab the dishes without saying "excuse me or are you finished". They served the 3 course meal so fast at dinner that I almost had indigestion. It's more like a fast food service than a course meal dinner. They also fail

I forgot my iPhone charger in the room. My initial attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered for almost three weeks, which was disappointing. Eventually, I received assistance, and thanks to a staff member from Housekeeping, the charger and cables were found and sent to me in Bulgaria. I appreciate the help.
