Wonderful hotel in a great location. The price is very reasonable and as an ambassador elite they went above and beyond to provide amazing service and welcome gifts. Also upgraded to the junior suite which was great as you basically had private roof access. Only downside is no breakfast for elite members, which seems odd. Still recommended!
Wow! We got in kind of late from the train, the staff were helpful and professional, they informed us our room did not include breakfast but if purchased on arrival would be a better deal than buying in the morning but being so late we planned to sleep through breakfast anyway which they understood. The bad:\nWhile its a very nice hotel from the outside. The curtains didn’t completely cover the windows. When i asked the hotel staff they said theres nothing that can be done. In the mornings when the staff is cleaning around 9-10 AM you can here everything from the supply closet and the banging of doors so noise isolation isnt good.\n\nThe good:\nIts a good location with close proximity to atoc
