Absolutely disgusting treatment at this hotel. A dream weekend turned into a nightmare. I am a disabled 76year old pensioner who saved to take my 17year old autistic grandson to see Real Madrid play on the 24th May. I had booked the hotel at the beginning of the year requesting twin beds and two nights bed & breakfast all paid for ( in a package including flights etc.) On arrival told I had 1 nig
