What a wonderful surprise! This hotel is truly amazing! The room is the most well-equipped of all the places I've stayed at! It has kitchenware, a refrigerator, tableware, small appliances, a drip coffee maker, and the bathroom even comes with a small clothes drying rack!
Even one star is too generous for Apartahotel Avenida de America.\nMy experience at this accommodation was extremely disappointing. The Wi-Fi connection was terrible and practically unusable, which is simply unacceptable nowadays. The bathroom door couldn’t be locked, leading to a complete lack of privacy. On top of that, the water was constantly cold, making it impossible to take a proper shower.
Unfortunately, when I checked into my room, I spotted a bed bug crawling on the bed. There was also a musty smell in the room and hairs on the sheets. The management was able to rebook me at a different hotel but they did not refund the payment in Booking which is quite ridiculous. I would be very wary.
