The staff were very pleasant, kind and helpful. They were smiling and made us feel welcome.\nThe hotel is aged and it shows.\nIt was excellent value for money and very conveniently located for our purposes.\nThe room was clean and in decent shape.\nThe common areas were kept clean although not always maintained to a high standard.
