Really good location. Very Clean hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The free breakfast was very nice with lots of fresh fruit, pastries, pancakes, eggs, etc. the breakfast restaurant was so clean and well stocked at all times. This may sound silly, but the shades in the room created pure blackout, allowing us to sleep and catch up on jet lag. And it was very affordable!
We stopped by for a day at Madrid. Hotel Regina location has a great, accessible to Gran via, which is the Main Street in Madrid. However we had a bad customer service at hotel. We booked two interconnecting for family of five, with 3 young kids and hotel wanted us to get another room for our 7 year old as this is apparently the policy and law at Spain.
