The location was perfect! Everything was near, in a walk distance. Also a metro station was super close. The hotel was old and needs a bit renovation. Air Conditioner was amazing in the summer heat. The hotel is good for its value.

Madrid and the airconditioning is not working. 25C in the room!! The advice? Open the windows…… now I can’t sleep from the traffic noice. Stupid. No apology, no nothing. Basically a 'We-dont-care" (that we did promise airco and it isn’t there ….). Not good enough. Shame, location is reasonable to good.
