A very good hotel in Madrid. It is slightly outside the city center, but just a 5-minute walk from the metro, which makes getting around easy. The staff are kind and professional — especially Christina at reception, who was very supportive and professional in helping us with an issue we had during the trip. The breakfast is nice, and there is a rooftop pool which is a great bonus. A solid choice i
unpleasant hotel, they assigned me a room on the ground floor, strong smell of humidity in the room, no soap or water in the shower. Very limited menu choice for breakfast, I do not recommend this hotel.
This is a very clean hotel. It's the cleanest hotel I've ever seen. The room was not very big, but it was modern and comfortable. Unfortunately, the heater in room 402 did not work and it was very cold inside. They were nice enough to bring me a blanket, but they really need to fix the heater in that room. There is another review with the same complaint. Also, the airport shuttle doesn't run
