Hotel is very nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant excellent.\nWhile the hotel is located on a pretty and safe street, it is lacking the restaurants and bars nearby that are found in hotels off the Gran Via.\nOnly one electrical outlet available in the room. Had to unplug the TV to have enough for 2 people.
The room was rather old-fashioned, but the amenities were fairly complete. The hotel arranged a spacious room for us, but the air conditioning was extremely inadequate. We followed up with the staff multiple times and wasted a lot of time going back and forth. It wasn’t until the third time that they finally handled the room change. The process took quite a while.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The location is also excellent very close to the train station, which made getting around super convenient. 😊\n\nHowever, I was a bit disappointed by a few things that I think are important to mention, especially for a 4-star hotel. There were no toothbrushes,
