With the only exception being in a good location. I wasn't impressed with the reception service. Twice I asked for my soap to be refilled in my bathroom. That didn't happen so I didn't bother to ask again. I felt the receptionist was trying to avoid me at all measures and wouldn't acknowledge me. This hotel is a great location in El Centro Madrid. It had direct access to the must-sees. The hotel staff was so helpful and the ladies in the breakfast room was friendly and so professional! Oh!
