I stayed here for three nights with my mom and we had a great stay! The only thing that was a downside was some misunderstanding regarding the payment of my reservation upon arrival. Perhaps to not stir any worries with the guest next time, they should maybe double check the payment links they send out. Very good location where you can walk everywhere! Also the hotel is just minutes away from the metro and the bus stop, if you need to take them. The staff was welcoming and kind. The breakfast was amazing too. If I am ever back in Madrid I will definitely stay here again.
