Excellent service (both hotel and restaurant), convenient location in a quiet spot and comfortable rooms. The furniture and other elements are a bit old but in good shape and everything is impeccably clean. Rooms on the first floor have a lovely terraces where guests can enjoy a morning coffee and a view for Madrid's skyline.
I was so torn about what to rate. Let me be clear about the negatives. There are only a few but they may be important to you. 1) this place is old and however it was constructed, you can hear every step every person makes anywhere else in the hotel at all times! I can eventually sleep anywhere at any time under any circumstances, but before I went to sleep and as soon as I woke up every day and ev
Friendly service and we were offered to check in earlier as our plane landed early in the morning. English was also no problem. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious.
