For our first time in Madrid, we found this hotel to be excellently located right in the heart of Madrid, within easy walking distance of most of our places of interest and some excellent restaurants, but if we needed the metro there was a station 2 minutes from the hotel.\nThe lobby gave off a very cool, hipster vibe, with a shared working space as soon as you enter the hotel, making it feel like
Reception staff are genuinely helpful and friendly. They provide excellent local recommendations and are eager to assist. Excellent positioning near Plaza de España and Gran Vía.\n\nEven the largest room on our floor measured only 14.77m² (according to the evacuation plan), with the smallest being just 10.02m². These are genuinely cramped spaces that feel more like budget hostels than hotel rooms.
Had a room facing the street and it was a bit loud, but the amazing staff changed me the next day to a much quieter one. They’re very kind, even gave me free breakfast. Lovely place, nice beds, comfy pillows, good water temp and pressure.
