Stayed 2 nights the first week of April 2025. The service was excellent. The bar staff was always there to get us coffee/tea in the mornings and beer/cocktails at night.\n\nThe hotel was very nice. The bed was comfortable but not being able to control the room temperature was a problem (March/April in Spain can still be warm). Honstley its the only negative I have of the whole place. Everything was as I expected! The rooms, the reception, toilets, service, the cleanliness was at a very high level. The location was perfect you could walk to Madrid Center or Gran Via. About Santiago Bernabeu the Metro Station was exceptionally close not one but two. Simple but at the same time perfect motel/hotel .
