Excellent location. Easy walk to any and everything. Wonderful accommodating staff. The room was very nice, quiet, and meticulously clean. Only draw back… I love natural light from a window. My room (very dark) #203 had one window looking into an old elevator shaft open to the sky many stories above. If you like a dark room (some people do) this one is for you. You will love it! We loved our stay at the NH Collection Prado!! The location is unbeatable, the service is very friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect for our family of 4. It even had its own outdoor terrace under the stars of Madrid. Fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. Highly recommended!
