After our flight got cancelled the airline transported us to Novotel for the night, the staff did an exceptional job at accomodating so many of us at such short notice. The check in process was super efficient, every staff member was exceptionally friendly.\nThe room was very clean and comfortable.\nAlso great breakfast buffet!\nOverall really good experience
We had our flight with Iberojet cancelled and were staying in this hôtel for a week. We had a very positive expérience, most of the people who worked in the hôtel were very nice and welcoming. We had a very nice expérience with Déborah who works in the dinning room and with Miroslava who was cleanning our room everyday. Both very nice people who made our difficult stay a more plesant stay.
