Excellent place to stay in Madrid! It is located in the centre of Madrid – very close to Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace of Madrid, lots of restaurants, San Miguel Market and shops nearby. The location was perfect. Close to so many of the main tourist attractions. The receptionist is so nice and very accommodating. They set us up to access late night check in and have a free locker system for storing baggage after check out. One downside, we were on the top floor with sloped ceilings, that was not ideal. You had to duck to reach the far side of the bed.
