I am really amazed that this is a 4 star hotel. It really should be 3 star.\n\nThe staff are nice enough. The breakfast was terrible. The rooms were dirty and not finished nicely - lots of scrapes and scuffs and a bad paint job. The location has not much of an stomosphere but is a short walk to somewhere nice.
A wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations.. what really made the difference was the professionalism and kindness of Grace (the manager).\n\nShe was impeccable: always available and smiling.. it's rare to meet people so passionate about their work, and she is definitely the beating heart of the hotel!
Horrible experience! There were kids running all over the hotel stairs and floors, I complained to the staff and they didn't do anything to solve the problem, I had to personaly address the parents and ask them to educate their children. Probably\nthere are only two staff to check the whole hotel during the night, worst hotel experience in my life, and it's rated 4 stars...
