Great location very close to Palacio Real and Plaza Mayor in the middle of old Madrid, the room was very clean and confortable, decorated greek style. Outstanding staff, english speaking, helped us organize our time around the city. Surelly we'll stay here again when visiting Madrid.

The hotel cancelled our booking but I didn't receive any communication about it. Luckily, I tried to upgrade the room ahead of our stay and after a few unanswered calls and emails (even a whatsapp message), I knew something wasn't right and I noticed that the booking was cancelled. If I hadn't found this out 2 weeks before we were supposed to stay, we would have been in Madrid without accommodatio

Its a strange hotel, not easy to find, up some steps or tiny lift, first room was not great, the toilet was in a cupboard, partner hated it, they moved us to a better room. I liked it overall.
