I really enjoyed the hotel's hospitality. The service is great. They made our bed every morning, the shower is clean, the service in the lobby is great, always with a pleasant smile and good advice. The location of the hotel is fantastic and you can get anywhere from there. The hotel is located opposite a metro station in the heart of Madrid in a fun neighborhood full of local bars and restaurants
We have never experienced such blatant disrespect from a place that calls itself a “hotel.” Due to the war in Israel — a very real emergency — all flights were canceled and the airport was shut down. Super courteous staff, very helpful. This accommodation has a quaint café attached to it serving great coffee and snacks; plus, the location is walkable to every tourist site, making it ideal for travellers. Very close to the metro station as well!
