We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It definitely has the wow factor! Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The hotels app was very efficient for anything you needed during your stay. The hotel was large and full due to the Madrid Pride Celebrations. However the hotel didn’t feel crowded and all amenities were accessible. Breakfast was good and in our four nights of stay there was no queuing to be seated.
