Location spot on! Service provided by Sonia - excellent! A breakfast lady always delivering everything on time! Rooms clean, well maintained. We came for a business trip and for us parking and breakfast were the most important features. We selected those options in booking.com and your hotel appeared to offer it , unfortunately when arrived had to pay 36 euros for a car park\nwhich did not belong
The staff is very friendly and patient (while I am being dumb). The room is small and yet comfortable. The hostal is located within the city centre and close to the key tourist spots, metro stations. I would love to stay at this place again.
My room is 302 which is next to the networking equipment power room. The equipment room fan large noise come to my room through exhaust fan in bathroom. I request change room. The night shift reception guy come to my room just say he can't hear anything and it's my problem hear noise. Then turn around leave without a word. What a doggy hotel staff. Not recommend this hotel.
