I had a wonderful vacation staying in an apartment in this hostal. They took care about each detail and they gave very good customer service. Clean and quiet even though it is located in the heart of the center of Madrid. For sure I will come back.
We stayed here for two nights in a large double room. The staff was so communicative and nice! Also the location is so good, we walked everywhere.\nRooms were clean and had all the neseccities. I recommend to bring earplugs, because there might be some noise from other rooms. If I come back to Madrid, I would stay again!
I stayed in the green room which was the first off the lobby area so it was really loud, not sure if the rooms farther off would have been better but if someone was in the lobby I could hear everything. The service was great and they have some free bits for breakfast, coffee and fresh cold water. The bathroom was comically small not sure why they even bothered with the door and there was about 5 s
