Horrible experience\nEverything that could go wrong went wrong, the key didn't work, we came for dirty sheets without offering of compensation when we told them, the vent on the bathroom was smelly and they said they would fix the dripping smelly vent and the problem returned and kept us up at night. I had a bad feeling the moment I entered in the room. The room was not hygienic. It was really dusty. The bath room had a bad smell.
